Personal training plan

Are you excited to train with me but don’t need full 1:1 coaching? If you’re looking for a customized plan with the flexibility to ask questions along the way, this option is perfect for you!

Just fill out the questionnaire about your goals and I’ll create a personalized 8- or 12-week training plan just for you. You get access to your program through my trainer app, where you can track your progress and always contact me if you have questions.

1:1 online coaching

Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Let’s start with a personal online consultation where we get to know each other, discuss your goals and go over my training approach. If it feels like the right fit, then let’s get started!

  • Your personal training program will be available in my trainer app, where you can track your progress and contact me at any time.
  • Every two weeks we have a 1:1 coaching call to discuss your progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • You will receive expert guidance, accountability and motivation – every step of the way!
