Personal training

Are you struggling to stay consistent with your fitness plan? Do you keep training hard for three or four weeks only to quit again?

Get fit, build strength, improve your mobility, lose some weight or prepare for a running event, Gym Race or Hyrox, I am here to help you! With a 1:1 personal training program in Rotterdam we will make sure you achieve your goals. We work with goals of 8 weeks so it remains clear and achievable.

We start with a free consultation, in person or online, where we discuss what your goals are and how I can support you. If my approach suits you, we’ll work together to achieve lasting results.

I work in 8-week blocks, where we set a specific goal. You will train at least once a week under supervision, but you must go to the gym at least twice a week. The days you train alone I will guide you using my fitness app.

  • Single session 65 euro per hour
