My story

Are you tired of traditional strength training and looking for more balance between strength, endurance and mobility? Then you’ve come to the right place.

My workouts revolve around meaningful movement and are tailored to your goals, whether that’s improving strength, conditioning and flexibility, preparing for an event like Hyrox or a running race, or simply getting fitter, feeling better in your skin and losing some pounds.

With my experience as a participant in Hyrox, marathons and half marathons, as well as my preparation for the World Hyrox Championships in Chicago last year, I know what it takes to perform and have fun while training.
