I am Fleur, certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach from Rotterdam.

My mission is to help you reach your goals with effective and purposeful workouts. Do you find traditional strength training monotonous? Then I’ll introduce you to a dynamic approach that combines strength, endurance and mobility.

My training style is a combination of traditional strength training, conditioning training and mobility training. With me, training is not only about getting stronger, but also about improving your quality of movement. A solid foundation of strength, endurance and flexibility ensures that you are not only strong and looking good now, but that you can also use this fitness for a higher quality of life. Training with intention is always central to this.

We won’t know until we talk to each other in a free initial consultation. Then you can see if you trust me and if you want to start working with me on your goals.

Everyone starts somewhere. During an initial consultation, we’ll discuss exactly where you currently stand in your fitness journey and where you want to go. We’ll make a plan to get you there!
Losing weight is the work of a dietitian, but of course I’ll help you with your macros and I’ll give you nutritional guidelines. You can track your macros and calories through my app. I mainly focus on getting you fit and strong and healthy food choices.

My hourly rate is 60 euros per hour. If you choose a package of several weeks you will get adjusted prices.

In most cases, yes. The equipment I use most people don’t have at home.

I train both men and women.
