The paid programs have a specific goal and time. You can only follow the individual workouts if you take the regular membership. The standard membership is $14.99 a month or $99 for an annual membership which works out to 27 cents a day! (I work with an American company for the app, which is why this is in dollars).

You can try the app for free for 7 days now to see if the workouts suit you.

There are many beginner programs available online, but my programs in the app are for intermediate and advanced. If you don’t have this level yet, I can get you started through online coaching, and thus a more personalized guidance. Within a few months you can then also follow the intermediate programs.
